Are there any Non-Restricted AR 14's

I heard that there is one type of non-restericted ar-14 or similar, can anyone tell me if there are any non-restricted ar-14 and if so who the manufacturer is?

I think the fact that there is an "AR" in the name of the rifle it would be immediately be deemed Restricted. AR14? Is there some rifle i don't know about?

Second post, and they are asking for non-restricted AR's, without knowing the actual name of the gun they are asking about (clearly not a typo considering it was repeated several times), and in the wrong section. Seems pretty trollish to me.
 
If that is Wendy, you are a fat cow with no moral fiber. If you are just a newbie trying to learn about guns, perhaps do a little more reading.

You don't want an AR-14. Stick with the AR-13, which comes standard with a grenade launcher. Plus the selector rotates a full 720 degrees, allowing you to go from safe, semi, auto, full super crazy auto, ludicrous speed/auto, and then a classified mode which shoots the grenade launcher repeatedly while firing 3 round bursts. Any one of the dealers at the top of the page can sell you one, they are usually around 400$ or so, add an extra 100$ if you want to buy it without registering it.
