Are there any Non-Restricted AR 14's

No no no. Its an anti-gun. Don't you guys get it? It doesn't have to be real to scare people, the media thrives on that tidbit. Whether its a mini SKS 47 with high capacity assault clips or a high power AR-14 assault sniper rifle nobody cares. They all kill babies. Their existence kills babies. And kittens. Even though they're mostly chambered for cartridges far less powerful than most hunting rifles, have lower magazine capacity limits than hunting firearms they are still "designed for killing" with "greater capabilities than hunting rifles". Hunting guns apparently are not designed for killing, most are chambered for cartridges originally used by the military but even though they can drop a bull moose with authority they're just hunting rifles thus not dangerous. And everyone knows criminals obey new laws, just not every other law that was ever made to stop them. Law making seems like a very assinine way to even think about fighting crime with.

Way I see it, AR-15 crossed in OP's mind with an M4, which is a reasonable mistake considering they're *almost* the same gun, or possibly an M14, which isn't, but sounds similar. Pissing on a guy for making a simple, reasonable mistake is juvenile and pathetic. Ganging up on him afterwards like a bunch of two-bit gorillas is just embarrassing. Why would you gang up on a guy just because the question is a little off? Seriously? What can be gained by it?
A ##### is a #####. We all know you have one. So get your hands off it and act like a grown-up.
I thought hunting rifles become "high powered rifles" once the media sees them. And if they have scopes, they comes "high powered sniper rifles"?
My apologies for picking on you, didnt realize you'd take such offence to it ... but you will learn in time about newbies to the site whos first threads start with topics like these.

Tootall we were all new and we all got ripped on for making mistakes. Hell I remember being shoved out of the way on the rig floor and ripped on/laughed at by the crew but by the end of that job the push was trying to get me to sign on with his company on his crew. Thick skin is required in life. Were all just having fun and the OP is welcome here. He's just gonna get ribbed a little cos he's new. He'll come around again and one day he'll be ripping on the new guys too 
Somehow I doubt she does.

I'm sure it burns her a55 to no end that the mini is non-R.
That alone would indicate to her there is some difference.
