Never heard of the voere semi before, looks slick. Appears to be out of production though
Would love one of those or a Sauer, I’ll keep buying lotto tickets
I have one in 30-06 with the half stock sporter.
My biggest beef it seems to shoot really fine with Garand 30-06 level handloads only. Plus it has a match tolerance chamber. Reloads have to be fully resized with Edit: small based dies to chamber.
A friend gifted me 19 rounds 180 grain Super X 30-06 PowerPoint. Really terrible accuracy 100 yards.
Six or seven inch group and about 4 or 5 factory rounds refused to fully chamber.
It is very accurate though first three rounds from a bench 100 yards different ammo. Then the hot barrel strings them higher. But it is a deer rifle right? Three rounds. Something should be tagged.
I guess in Europe it's a chamois and roe deer rifle only. Maybe anything bigger they tend to grab a 9.3mm rifle of some sort??
I experimented a bit to find an accurate handload. 125 grain Nosler BT were okay. But switching to 125 grain Accubonds and Varget, 3 shots into 3/4 inch was viable repeatable at 100. Factory loads for targets only, also shot factory Federal 150 grain FMJ Garand load like a match rifle if the barrel kept cool.
I would never shoot 180s out of it again. 165-168-170s maximum weight. And then only at Garand pressures.
By far prefers 125 and 150 grain for sure. Short throat?
I got a great deal on it 2002 as Ruko then imported it. This one was a display only table sample, handled alot yet never shot.
For a short while it was marketed at $3200 Euro.(!!! Brand new !!!)
Gobles sold it to me 750 of our dollars.
