Former Prohibited Weapons Order, No. 10
1. Any cartridge that is capable of being discharged from a commonly available semi-automatic handgun or revolver and that is manufactured or assembled with a projectile that is designed, manufactured or altered so as to be capable of penetrating body armour, including KTW, THV and 5.7 x 28 mm P-90 cartridges.
2. Any projectile that is designed, manufactured or altered to ignite on impact, where the projectile is designed for use in or in conjunction with a cartridge and does not exceed 15 mm in diameter.
3. Any projectile that is designed, manufactured or altered so as to explode on impact, where the projectile is designed for use in or in conjunction with a cartridge and does not exceed 15 mm in diameter.
4. Any cartridge that is capable of being discharged from a shotgun and that contains projectiles known as “fléchettes” or any similar projectiles.
 
i thought anything that helps the penetration with explosion is prohibited/these rounds don't even do anything just a flash upon impact not like these ones

.30 cal. Blue tip incendiary, 130 grain, new production. These will produce a bright flash and bang on impact with a hard surface. No steel penetrator, not AP.

The item listed in the original post is a standard TRACER round. Just because the seller says it "makes a flash if it his something hard" doesn't make it illegal. Any tracer makes a flash if it hits someting hard and solid, like a large rock or a heavy metal silouette.

where do you see TRACER.


Incendiary means "capable of causing fire". It may also refer to:

those rounds are not tracers/ tracers lit up when exits the barrel/ these rounds explode upon impact(but does not help the copper to penetrate)/ ive seen .22LR incendiaries for killing rabbits again weird question gotta ask someone like the CFC V:I::nest:

The post says (1) "incendiary" and (2) "on impact". That's a no-brainer according to the wording of the act -- not legal.

If it ignites on impact (tracers ignite on firing), then it's not legal.
