Are these Mag Pouches allowed for IPSC?

Hi everyone, I am not too sure where to be posting this but I hope this is the right place. I was looking at some mag pouches to get started with IPSC and I came across with these on this site: http://www.comp-tac.com/product_info.php?products_id=33, and I wanted to know if these are allowed:

According to the website, it says its for IPSC production division. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

for as long as they keep the mags with in two inches of the body they are good.

...though those won't be very competitive because you can't adjust the angle.

For about the same money you can get 4 Ghost 360's, and position them any way you like. A better option IMO. Check DoubleTap on the board sponsors.
