You STILL need to load the loaders. It's hardly worth the effort at all unless you're shooting in matches where the speedloaders are both the supply as well as the loading device.
When I'm simply plinking at the range I pick the rounds out two at a time from the usual 50 round tray to load into my revolvers. Three picks, or four in your case unless you get good at picking three and loading, and I'm done. It actually goes very quickly.
I've got a bunch of Safariland loaders for my S&W and the only time it's worth using them is if I'm in a match or practicing reloading so I can do better in a match. For general plinking they really aren't worth taking the time to load up a loader just to stick into the gun.
