I looked at the 375 ruger, at one time. But i got turned off it by a jackass thread on CGN some years back and never did get one.

I don't know, I sold my CZ550 Rigby and used the funds to buy an 1895 winchester in .405 wcf
Some may disagree but I feel I made the right decision.
If I feel I need more I still have a .458 WM

The 416 Ruger is an awesome cartridge, of course. Any cartridge based on the NEW KING case is awesome, for that matter. I have 375 Ruger, 6.5 PRC and 300 PRC. I'd love a 7 PRC but my 300WSM built by Bill Leeper pretty much handles any role I would use the 7PRC in.

Although that 300 WSM has about 1800 rounds through it so maybe a re barrel is in order- even though it still will easily drop 5 rounds in a deer kill zone at 500 yards.
