Thanks for letting me know. I just did not know if something was wrong with my order sense it has not changed status in over a week, but if there short staffed, that is understandable. I know what its like working short staffed.

Yes we have been short staffed due to staff R&R times & a computer HD failure. As well , the best Heat wave ever experienced in NL.!---( not an excuse,Just no one's acclimatized to it around here!!)
All this combines to our phones & follow ups not being up to "normal".
Our Sincere apologies to any one who did not get to speak to a real person!!

----But, we are BACK, all systems are GO !, & ready to answer all questions & calls !!
