Already do. Don't worry about the dings on the brass, the all pretty much iron out and do not affect any accuracy that I could tell. 77gns work fantastically with the tavor and I easily got sub moa 5-shot groups (from a bench). Good luck finding CCI#41s, magnum primers work pretty well though, no slam-fires.

Its been a while since anyone posted in this thread, but with another batch of Tavors inbound I thought I would refresh it...

Now that some of you have had a while to reload for the Tavor, care to share any load recipies with the rest of us? Bullets, powder charge, OAL?

Yes, large rifle 0.217"
Too bad .223 takes small rifle primers

Anyway I don't actually have my rifle yet... I placed my order just a little too late to catch one from the first batch, but at least I am near the top of the list for the next batch. I thought I would start collecting appropriate components so everything would be in place when it finally arrives. I'll have the new bolt so I will try using match primers. Anyone have any recipies to share?

But, there is very little Berdan 223 available, so not really an issue.

That's the correct size for GP11 brass :dancingbanana:
Yes, it is the most common size. There are also two depths, 2.65mm and 2.8mm, ours will be the more common 2.65mm. You can thank the large stash of 6.5x55 swede brass I have. Another bonus is they will be priced the same, maybe even lower than the boxer primers.
