While most things are much better for gun owners in the US, there are some odd things that still make you glad you're in Canada. This is one of those things -

a Swiss PE90, with some options for the bargain price of only $22,000 US dollars. Oh yes and it's missing it's rear sight insert.

Only a handful of real 55X rifles were imported into the US back in the pre-ban days so they are very scarce. Only serious collectors would pay those prices and some do.

$22,000 I'll match you with a FN SCAR 16, FN SCAR 17 plus a Barrett M82 and crates and crates of ammo

Because the American 55X rifles are not comparable in quality to the SAN originals made in Switzerland.

The real question is why bother with the 551-A1 when you can get a Colt 6920 from Wal-Mart for less than $1100?
