Purchased an M&P from Armand on line. Answered all my questions, educated me about my gun, and made sure all the t's were crossed and i's dotted. He even spent a good 20 minutes of his day just having a conversation with me. That's rare for almost any business now a day.

Yep I just posted a similar thread, unlike many other dealers who just want your order and your credit card number, he actually takes the time to talk to his customers...seems to be customer service and appreciation isn't too big with others.
