Argo 6x6 - how good are they on water?

Crossing the french RIVER (flowing water) in a argo I would be worried about the distance downstream you might get due to the pace the Argo moves forward in water. I'm familiar with the French.
Just a consideration.

Argo sales continue to grow , as they will do things that can’t be done with a 4 wheeler or sidexside. With that said, crossings large body of water or a wide river , that is best done with a boat or canoe
 
I have a 6x6, it is ok on still bodys of water, no speed without an outboard but it will get you there. Had one scary incident on deep water never chanced anything but ponds and shallow rivers since.
