Argos BTR GEN2 6-24 50mm APLR2 FFP IR MOA, who sells em?

I am considering this scope. Problem is Athalon has no dealers in Canada or so they said.
If you one of this make, where did you purchase it.
Can a scope be imported from the US or brought in across the border.
Does the warranty apply in Canada.
I know, lots of questions but feed back would be appreciated.

You cannot bring one across the border or have one sent unless the sender has an export license. Importing would have to be done by Irunguns or Prophet River
