arisaka bayonet value

Agreed! Arisaka bayonets sell for more than you'd think in Canada! Possibly because they're one of the more visually impressive designs out there.
 
the arsenal will change the price a little bit if its a rare one (jinsen,nagoya,kokura,tokyo etc..)

what is the material of the the scrabbard

hooked or straight quillion

blue or white blade

the button is there or no?? and it work fine

100$ for a normal arsenal, with a button rusted and someone sharpened the blade and the metal have rust its no a very good price

but if its all ok and the metal and scrabbard are good and the button works well 100$ its real good

do not remember a scabbard, but there was a pile of stuff, so it could have been there. by blue blade you mean a turquoise colour? there was also a varnish substance on it. hook quillion, with button, very reminiscent of a enfield bayonet. no rust. pretty sure it said nagoya, but may have been something else. will definatley be digging it out again with cash in hand.
with no scabbard?
 
As mentioned above they are hard to find in Canada. Even without the scabbard that is an ok price, with a scabbard a damn good price! I got one last year with a metal scabbard for $170 and was very pleased with that price.

I would scoop it, there are not a lot around!
 
most antique stores price there items with room to negotiate . offer them $75. and see where it goes. it always helps if they see you have cash ready to go.
also you can have a look around the store and find other items under $20. (tools) .If they say $100 is the best they will do . tell them you would go $100 if they throw in the other item.
