Who is Arken approved to handles it in Canada ?

ZDJ SPORTS in BC handles their warranty. I find it hard to believe I have a local guy bringing these in faster than big retailers. I had a defective Ep5 5-25 and they told me a couple months before I'd see a replacement. My local contact had me one in a couple days.

Hi,

It depends on where you purchased the scopes.

If the scope was from a Canadian authorized dealer, such as us, the warranty is handled by Arken Canada.

You can contact them as the following link: www.arken.ca.


If the scope was from outside of Canada, the warranty is handled by the distributors in that country.

The number for ZDJ has been “unavailable” since I tried last week, and Arken USA goes straight to a voicemail also.

I want to try one out, but so far that doesn’t give a guy confidence about customer care/warranty should the need arise.

ZDJ is "Arken Canada"

The Arken Canada web site is pretty bare bones and ZDJ is not a well known name in Canada. It is what it is.

I tried calling them when I had an issue and the number didn't work then. I did receive an email from them after I reached out with my problem. I did also speak with Arken USA and ZDJ sports just came on with them. Arken USA told me they have been struggling to find a good international seller and shipper. The replacement scope my local guy got me has been solid and I absolutely love the optic.
