Arken warranty

I need to warranty my arken scope, but arken keeps saying not possible from Canada. How have others handled this?
I purchased direct from them before they were on shelves in canada, i have receipts.

Probably the issue with them is the ITAR regs about scopes. Repairs may not be allowed ?
