Well i thought i bring this thread back because today i received my 1911 boy am i happy with the purchase. I can't wait for the NP-29s because i am definatly getting Barret to stealth and arma-coat that one as well. Anyone sitting on the fence ....DO IT.

Glad you got it, I will have pics of the NP-22 sometimes next week. I cannot decide on colors though? All matte Black.............Dark Earth and Matte Black,...............what do you guys wanna see? Help me choose the colors.....please post your ideas on here

Can you post more pictures of other colors used not listed in your color list with Arma-Coat, would like to see Coyote tan, OD green or any other green finish?

Check in the Arma-Coat dealer section, there are pics of a Sig rifle in Coyote Brown and Olive Green, as well as a VZ58 in Coyote Tan these were done by Neit Arms.

We are going to be doing a VZ and Para LDA in arma-coat. I will post pics as soon as they are done. Going forward Arma-coat is going to be used on all of our model guns and we are even considering offering small bacthes of NEA product to dealers in colors like Flat Dark Earth and Tan.

Just a suggestion.... but those would not be IDPA legal with the extended slide release, any option to have a standard slide stop installed before the refinish ??

Extended slide releases are now legal for IDPA per the recent addendum (Aug 1/10). for both ESP and CDP Divisions.

Take Care

Here is my recently-reworked Para in all matte black. I'm very happy with how it looks, and with how easy Arma-Coat was to deal with.

Sorry I won't give out our proprietary process, but I can tell you that it does not involve anything drastic, like grinding, filling, or extreme heating. We do not make any dimensional changes as well. Thanks for the comments, we try to make them look as if they were $1500 pistols.

Would the secret process involve Arma-Fill, then sanding and painting over? Your website outlines the Arma-Fill process and it sounds perfect for that.
