The only thing worth paying for is the trigger job. You have to ask yourself, does every last trigger need to be tuned? Some of them might come from the factory with a perfect trigger. I know, it's a long shot, but you never know. I wouldn't order a tune-up unless there's an obvious need for it. It's a lot like that extended warranty they try to tag on at Future Shop.
I bought an STI, and asked him to adjust the trigger to 4 lbs. It occured to me afterward that STI ships their guns with a 3-5 lb trigger, and it was sort of needless even worrying about it. I'm not knocking Gunnar, because his work seems to be good, but guns are like any other machine. You can go broke buying options, and it doesn't change the value of the machine, except in the mind of the owner.
