So this Gunnar guy wont return my emails after having my gun for two months now. Others are having the same problem. Last contact was Sept 27, since then I've sent 3 emails with no response, not picking up the phone either. Any advice?
I have dealt with Gunner a few times and my first purchases from him were all good.
But I then tried to buy something else from him and it never came. I emailed him and he stated the credit card did not go through, but I have used this card with him a few times already with no problem. I contacted the credit card company and all was well??
I tried to email Gunner back and even faxed him saying I was sorry for the problem, although I didn't do anything wrong as I checked the previous emails with the credit card info and he already had it on file anyways and info was all correct. He never responded to my emails again or my fax.
I think he thought I was trying to screw him so he just didn't respond. So I have not purchased from him again since.
