Armi Sport Enfield

I have two. A .58 carbine and a Zouave. The fit and finish is not too bad. The lock on the carbine works just fine but the Zouave will blow the hammer back to half ####. I just got it so I haven't got around to fixing that. Shoot it first, fix it later, is my motto. 
You get what you pay for, I guess. A guy on the EE is seling two Parker Hales that are much better quality but more expensive, of course.

I own three P'53 Enfields - two P-H's and one ArmiSport.
The Armi-Sport looks look, but is not the same overall quality as the P-H's. I've only shot it with Minies so far, and it shoots as well as the P-H's. Haven't tried RB.
It's like comparing an original British made Enfield to one made by a Belgian contractor, as was done in the era. These were considered as "2nd class arms" by the Brits and were sold to buyers like the Confederacy as they lacked the British crown and proof marks.
Historically, they are more correct for some eras, as the ArmiSport has the earlier clamping type barrel bands and not the later Baddeley bands like the P-H's. The contractor-made Enfields stayed with the earlier bands.

They might have changed the bands by now but they Armi Sports weren't as nice to handle with the bands. You would have to look at them to appreciate the minor difference. They all shoot well and if you are into living history get a good Uncle Mikes SS cleaning rod with a bore guide, carbon scraper, and jags.
