All depends what you need/ want is

Myself i run a low pro plate carrier and add onto it what i need.
some people want a full Pig Rig, side plates, big shoulder pads, grab handle etc

Buy what you can afford.

Lvl 3 and lvl 4 are both 250 + tx and shipping for this buy.

Yeah best bang for buck would probably have to be condor. Still not as nice obviously as other options but they have come a long way.
I went with the condor exo. Because I'm a broke apprentice
