Except thanks.

Thanks for answering my weekly phone calls and thanks for answering all my newbie AR questions...
And especially thanks for the AR that just arrived.

Customer service was awesome and I can't recommend them enough.
Sold me my evil black rifle at the exchange rate AEI purchasd at (and not at the current one) and that speaks volumes.

Walter, in case you are wondering, I'm the one you made a reminder to INCLUDE REPLACEMENT GRIP SCREW!!! on my purchase order

Thanks again and we'll definitely be doing business in the future.
Paul

as for pictures, its pretty much a standard Stag so I won't bore everyone

My co-worker of mine got his H3 Upper today from Walter.(The last one AEI had, until the new ones are in, that cost more) I was impressed.
Very nice. Tight fit on an armalite lower.

I got my stag used but have bought parts from Walter and have learned lots, I would also highly recomend dealing there. great product and even better service.

I am the guy that will be ordering my quad rail soon.

walt needs to buck up and hire a helper. he's never returned any of my calls or emails trying to buy stuff.

I probably won't bother calling again.

every time he tells me he will call right back, he always does so. I would give him another chance

I'm with Scott on this one, he never returned 6 emails and 2 phone calls, I ended up gong to Wolverine. It's great for him being that busy, but is not so good for a few customers who can't reach him, not laying blame here, just voicing my experience with ArmsEast. I got what I wanted from Wolverine in the end anyway so no hard feelings.

I'm honestly troubled by calls not being returned and I do apologize. There is a helper, but I'm the one who answers the phones, and answers the emails, and does all product inquiries, and I can only talk to one person at a time, when the phone isn't answered I really am talking to another person, seriously. I know that sometimes a person tries a couple of times and by the time I get the person I'm talking to pause for a moment, the other call is gone, I know that person is now pissed and thinking 'why don't they take my call'? What I do need to do is limit the time I can spend on any one call, and tell people 'one moment' and click to the other person without a pause, I hate doing that because I hate when people do it to me. Instead of that we've moving to a larger location with TWO offices above the shop, and hiring a person who will be dedicated to answering the phones. If anyone in St. John's is interested in the position, contact me.

Ajay, I know we spoke, and I thought we couldn't help you with what you wanted?

You need ot have a msg box, and have calls directed to the box when you are on the line!

And a bigger box - on Sat and SUn when you are not working - put up a msg and tell people to call back during normal business hours.

When phoning keep in mind the 4.5 hour time difference between Van and the Rock.

Thank-you. Returning calls to Vancouver, I assume people don't want me calling back before 1:30 our time (9AM PST), this limits options sometimes. Can I ask without pissing people off that if you don't get an answer when you call, that you try back in a bit? Even 3 minutes later?

GT: The box is freed up, and I got your PM.

The phone is answered 7 days a week, until 10PM weeknights, though I'm going to stop on Sundays now. Just checked the box, it said full, there were 10 messages. We're supposed to have 50 (+?) capacity. AEI pays over $450/month for the phone, every month. Someone is getting their calls answered!
