So I got this shotgun from a friend its in overall not bad shape except that the stock is broken right off and missing the other wood from the left side as can be seen in the picture.
Also one trigger is broken off and the trigger guard is missing the middle section. The good thing is the rest of the gun is in good shape.
My question to you guys is i'm looking for a company preferably in Canada where I can get an inletted stock and forearm for it which I can then finish and checker. I would most likely have to send the action to them as inletting a new stock while missing the other side would be difficult without the action and sending to the states is a pia. The wood doesnt have to be 10 grade english walnut, I would be happy with standard or a little bit of figure.
I have some triggers from a different SXS that I may be able to make work, However if anyone has a source for a triggerguard that could be modified to fit or triggers im all ears. I want to finish this gun and give it back to my buddy as a gift.
