I never said it was stolen by customs agents, nor that the sky was falling. I've ordered parts from the US many times over the years but this is the first time I've not received them. I have no prior experience ordering from Kinneys, so can't say anything about their integrity either way, and won't.
I was simply stating I was frustrated with what should have been a pretty straight-forward transaction that has dragged out over a month and a half now. I don't know the details of what went down along the way, only that my USPS tracking showed it cleared US Customs and then disappeared until Kinneys contacted me yesterday.
I had a new email today saying my original order was re-shipped (with tracking), I guess I'll check my email and watch the mailbox again. If that's the case, I'd say thanks to Kinneys for replacing the missing parts and re-sending the parcel. Haven't heard anything from them about an additional cost.....
