Honestly a 10 gauge isn't that scarey in an autoloader or pump, but in a light single shot it's gonna be a bugger. Better get some slugs for it.....

My brother has one almost identical.... I'v only ever fired it once and it was getting dusk. They kick like a mule and the muzzel flash is quite impressive.
It probably wont be as bad as your expecting but trust me they still have a tremendous amount of recoil.

I have a single 10 myself, someone has taken a few inches of the barrel as well but it kicks hard with 2-1/4 oz turkey loads though it. I would like to get a screw in choke setup for it so that I can use it practically.
