Can someone pinpoint the real world differences between the two models ito FOV, DOF & glass quality?

NX8 is lighter with a 30 mm tube vs a 34mm, no locking turret option on the NX8, glass quality is always a personal thing I find and subject to the health and quality of the gooey humans eyeballs looking through it as a determining factor of how it looks to you. The FOV and DOF data is on the Nightforce website and would vary between the models and magnification ranges.

To change zoom the NX8 has a magnification ring, on the ATACR the whole eyepiece rotates. Some users find this annoying, to others its a feature.
