Athlon Heras 15 - 60 for .22LR bench shooting

I haven't yet had the chance to get to the range and try the scope. Apparently the road near the club property is washed out and needs repair.

I've put the scope on a 1990s vintage Anschut 1907 barreled action in a Parmoor inline BR free recoil stock. The stock is seen below on a newer barreled action with a different scope.

I'd like to afford NF scopes for all my rifles but I need ammo, too. This Athlon scope is the least expensive scope I have.

If it's any help, I've currently got an Argos BTR gen 3 10-40 situated on my 457. I'm quite happy with the performance of the glass vs the price point of the scope. Things are nicely clear and bright up to around 35x.
I have a genII on the way to try out, then re-read your post, figuring it should be ok
Wanted sfp for this power range

AFAIK, the only difference between the gen II & gen III is the turrets. The gen III got larger turret knobs& markings. The glass and internals are identical. Enjoy your new scope. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
