Anybody gone through the process to get an Athlon scope warrantied in Canada?

I have a Helos that my side focus crapped the bed on and will need to have it repaired.

So far so good.
Called Wolverine this morning and a real, live and helpful person promptly answered the phone and walked me through filling out an online warranty claim. Imagine that!
Will update as things progress for anyone interested.

Yes, let us know. I haven't heard of anyone dealing with Athlon warranty in Canada yet. It will be good to know how your experience goes.

I have been meaning to update the thread, thanks for reminding me.
Wolverine was a bit of a sh$tshow in the beginning, I started by filling in the online return form and waiting...and waiting...and waiting.
After about the fourth business day of no electronic communication I phoned and was told they never received the online form even though my end showed submitted.

They took my information with a promise to contact me by phone that day but never did. After calling back a couple of more times the warranty guy finally called me and told me to send it in. I did so and he told me it will be a full replacement but unfortunately no stock on that scope at the moment so I would have to wait until they receive an Athlon shipment.
So that's where I'm at.

Throughout the process anytime I was in conversation with a live staff member on the phone they were apologetic and courteous.

Thanks for the update. Trying to decide if I buy another Athlon or look at some Leupolds instead.

Sounds like a busy place but good to hear when you got talking to a real person they sorted things out.

Now,when we're talking the Helos Gen 2 I have three of them and I absolutely love them for clarity, repeatability and features. I have had no problems whatsoever with my other two units and to be fair on my warranty one it was an issue with the side focus that would not have left me down and out on a hunt.

I have had multiple issues with Leupolds and can't say enough good things about Korth and their service especially turnaround times.
After owning and running well over a dozen Leupold optics over the years and having had multiple negative experiences with them mostly tracking, zero retention issues with VX series...I wouldn't run another one on any field rifle I depend on.

I’ve got a Helos BTR Gen 2 that I like but looking to get a little more mag range. (I want to top out at 15)
I’ve got an Ares Gen 2 HD that I also like and is sitting on a Rimfire I plan to keep.

Looking at a Heras SPR 15-60 for Rimfire wannabe Benchrest stuff.

Never had a warranty issue with any and I’ve owned a few others as well.

I just received my Athlon Heras SPR 4-20x50 today that I ordered from Wolverine Supplies. Haven’t mounted it on my .22 yet but it looks to be pretty good quality for the cost. The optics seem to be comparable to anything at least twice the cost if not a little more. Maybe not in Swarovski category but very good for the price. Also very impressed with the very firm positive click adjustments on the turrets. Also notice that the marks on the turrets line up perfectly with the reference mark on the scope tube. Another very nice touch is the scope covers included, no need to go to Cabelas to buy Butler Creek caps which I have on all my other scopes. About the only thing I’m not crazy about is the weight, I haven’t weighed it but wow, even though their specs say it is 25 oz, this thing still feels like 2 or 3 lbs, you’d do some serious damage if you clubbed someone over the head with it, well maybe it means it’s well built. See how it works out in the gopher field on my Sr-22.

I used the warranty for my area btr gen2. The warranty process was hassle free, filled out the form, sent it in. Received a replacement after about 6 weeks. They were waiting on their stock to come in from Athlon. Slower than Vortex but hassle free.

What was the specific issue with the scope?

Just received an E-mail from Wolverines warrant dept. today saying my replacement scope has just arrived at the store and will be shipped out tomorrow.
