Bought my first SKS with a ATI stock. The rear stock has a pin and an allen screw holding it inplace. Remove the pin and screw, and the rear stock comes off. Is there any way to make this a folding stock without requiring tools?

If its a non-folder you will need a SKS Retro-Fit Kit, to make it fold.
Hical had them in stock awhile back.

The stock I purchased, came with the retro fit kit. That is what you need, like hitw wrote.
