Ati t3 stock for skeet

As has been mentioned if the gun is beating you up with target loads it doesn't fit you. Lear how a shotgun is supposed to fit properly and buy one that fits and all your problems should go away.
 
Hello Everyone

Just an update , I went to the range and I loaded up six VW lug bolts in a ziplock bag.

Using 1oz shot, and the modified stock I ran 3 rounds (25 rounds each) and I don’t feel as beat up

Perhaps it was more to do with me holding the firearm

I appreciate the help everyone
