Nice, very nice gear you have there mate !! Of course, being the internet, someone is gonna say that their out of the box Savage will shoot better LOL!!!!!

Seriously, those are some sweet toys !

welllll

everybody on the internet says they have a .250moa rifle :p

but, the .338 LAI shoots 1/2 inch at 300m.... witnessed by CGN members.

the .260AI, havent had time to really get it sorted out. so far 2850fps or so and 139 gr scenars are shooting in the 3s at 100. Dont know about larger distances.

.22-250AI, is capable of .250moa, have shot multiple targets (4/5) in one ragged hole, but I am not always capable of it.....

:ar15:

What load are you using in the Lapua to push 300SMK at 3010fps? COAL? Not knockin', just curious. Also, did you start with regular, then go AI?
Thanks.
R.

Really? I found the versapod to be incredibly wobbly. I got mine from you rick with the rifle I bought a good while back now.

I just found it moved all over the place when deployed and I couldn't do anything to fix it so I ended up getting an Atlas

Did you did tighten up the pan and tilt locks? If you tighten these 2 knobs up the bipod can be locked up rock solid.
I use them on everything including the 50 BMGs and if used correctly they work really well.

I did, the tilt was manageable. It was the forward and back movement that was giving me all the frustration. I used that bipod for over 2 years though but it bothered me
