very slick stuff:D

i don't own an AR yet, but i plan on it in the near future, and these look so much nicer than most, for me, it's the smoothed angles instead of the fully rounded corners and angles that all other AR's seem to sport:)

kinda like comparing a beetle to a new caddy, your's are more angular, and i like it.

How about some custom markings.

:D

PS: I know the selector doesn't work like that.

It can be done, but gets really expensive. We are running bigger batches of these all the time and to have to be reprogramming to make 1 of marking or serial numbers like we did when we 1st got started making these is just not effective.
Our AT15E lowers are probably 1 of the most expensive lowers on the market and to have to charge another $100 or more $$ for custom engraving then makes them cost prohibitive to most. That being said if someone REALLY wants different markings and we do not have to apply for a variance of what marking we have already filed with the feds.............

That rifle in the OP looks amazing.

Was just looking at your site and saw the stripped lowers go out for $550. I am an AR newbie and just pricing out some options for a rifle purchase, so I was wondering if you could explain what separates a high quality premium lower like yours from a cheapo one? I mean something like this:

http://www.agparms.com/product.php?productid=16151&cat=260&page=1

Tolerances, material, design differences and the attention to detail are the biggest differences.
Mass produced lowers from forgings may function fine, but will never come close to the quality, fit and finish of single part made lowers milled from a solid billet of aluminum that are hand finished.
Our material is of higher quality, yes there are differing qualities of 7075 aluminum, we use Fortal 7075 . Our maximum tolerance variation is .001 and we have incorporated many design features not found in any other lower.

We were offered 100% finished lowers made from forgings in China, if we buy them in lots of 5000 or more for $67.00 CDN and they are worth exactly that. I am not knocking Chinese product but felt we wanted to produce the very best on the market.

At the risk of seeming snob like, which is NOT the intent, many folks are happy with their Kia or Hyundias, I prefer my BMW, to each their own.
