It was not explicitly on any of the three OIC lists. The argument remains that it's an unnamed variant. it was on the C21 ban list but that was removed (it was popularly known as the hunting gun ban) before it came into force.

Legally speaking the MS is still in a grey area

I sense you know this already but this is the rifle that got NR status because the RCMP deemed it WASNT a variant.

All that means is more than a few RCMP, friends and family own them. If that's the reason, and I'm not saying it necessarily was, good. The 3 gun grabbing amigo's can go drink a box of white wine, cry in French, eat big macs and watch a chick flick to calm themselves down.

I missed somehow missed that - while still a "Grey Area" as the average Cop will still play safe and seize the firearm / lay charges if they find someone with a scary "Assault Style" ATRS firearm (because it is shadow banned) this statement from the judge makes it clear that the ATRS is in a unique place.

When the landowners I shoot yotes for hear gunshots , They text me ask if I they can be of assistance. Thats how it works out here. ;)

Unfortunately some of you guys are so brainwashed that you're actually looking for reasons to tell guys like myself how wrong were are. bunch of snitches . Might as well take up knitting as a hobby at this point. :ROFLMAO:

Man it would be nice to see a win on this. Firearms owners have been beat on relentlessly for the past 10 years. Someone throw us a freaking bone.
