i was one of the people who were lucky enough to get gouged on the remaining ATRS mags from a site sponsor (not ATRS), I got the last two available, lucky me!
Every time I try to use them, they feed improperly, and drive the tip of the cartridge into the feed ramp, which causes the projectile to be rammed into the case, ruining the cartridge and pissing me off, lol.
I have two old CAA mags that look identical and function flawlessly. Both the CAA and ATRS mags seat properly, and seem to my untrained eye to sit at the same level in the magwell, but I'm a total newbie to AR's,,,, so what am I missing? Do I have to adjust something in the ATRS mags, and if so, how do I go about it?
Any help appreciated!

I had the same problem in 3 different rifles, I ended up taking the 4 back and getting a muzzle brake, I stick to the LAR mags now. a friend of mine just got the new Armalite m15 3 gun and they won't work in his either. One of the original rifles I tried was also an Armalite? Maybe they don't like them? But my DD and Norc didn't like them either.

I've had feeding issues from the second batch ATRS brought out. The problem for me was the front notch was too high and rounds were jamming into the front of the mag. I had to use a Dremel to open up the front of the mag. Your problem sounds a little different to mine.

strange enough atrs mags are perfrect for me in all my rifles, but LAR mags suck big time

I use the Slap and Tug method to ensure proper seating, always

I had that issue too. But only with steel case ammo. I trimmed 2mm from the front of the mag and no problems.

I have 6x Gen 1 , ATRS mags, which I run in my Tavor.... They all function perfectly, but then again my Tavor has never failed me in different type of ammo or mags.
Great combo...... Tavor & ATRS mags

Seems lots of the feeding issues are from the Gen2's. the original Gen 1's that were made by CAA are freaking awesome :) then again I run them in my ACR and Tavor which will run anything...lol..

yep I have the gen 1 as well, 8 of them, no problems
My LAR mags do not work in my ACR

Thanks for the info guys, I think I will just sell them to someone who can use them, not experienced enough to start dremelling mags that should already work, lol.
Think I will save my money till the new Cross Industry mags come out

Interesting....my two ATRS mags work fine in the XCR and Norc CQ-a I just sold....hopefully they work just as well in the M&P15 I just bought...

I have a handful of the new Boom Atrs mags and i find they are good except when supporting the rifle on the magazine. Then they become janomatic.
