ATRS Modern hunter specs, pics and range reports

Thanks fella's I can't wait to see how it performs, I'm assuming from seeing the performance of previous rifles and groups shown that it'll shine with a tailored load. I already like how it feels and will serve me well this fall, hopefully the next pics you see of it, there'll be meat and antlers accompanying it

Nice Lantac. My 7.62 Lantac arrives tomorrow! :) now I just need a MH to put it on! :p

Any takers on my FS2000 or 7.62 nato Elcan Specter DR 1.5-6x so I can buy my dream rifle?cou:cou:

Why I am buying accessories for a rifle I don't have is beyond me, but it fealt like the right thing to do to keep me motivated! Haha

Don't want to hang onto the elcan for the MH? I'm thinking of buying one or most likely the VCOG for hunting Purposes? It looks sick on the MH and would be great for in the heavy timber.

The Preowned Modern Hunter I am chasing comes pre configured with a 6-24 and I decided on more magnification. However: if we were allowed Scar 17's tomorrow thats what it would go on!:p

Big part of my issue is that this bundle is more expensive than I expected (different build sheet then I intended to go with) and I need to sell the Elcan to fund the MH.

Have a look at my ad, I think you will find it is a pretty sweet deal if your interested since you are "local".
 
Im choosing to go with the Lantac because I have one on my Tavor and love it. I eventually plan to swap out the Surefire MB556k on my ACR to a Lantac as well. Then I plan on getting one of those lantac BMD blast shields when they become available.

Plus the Lantac just looks bad ass.
 
I wanted something more then just a 3 gill brake, I was looking for a comp/brake and liked the look of the lantac over the ATRS brake. Now when I went into ATRS I was shown how the ATRS brake is machined to put downward pressure, it's pretty cool and may of went with it but I already had the Lantac lined up.
