I love ATRS rings and have both 30 and 34 mm rings, but wish I could find something similar in a 1 inch ring. They are not heavy like steel rings, never leave ring marks on my scopes and stay tight with perfect alignment.
Any suggestions on a similar quality 1 inch ring.

TPS- TSR or HRT in aluminum...

Before I gave that wanker a dollar I would but from someone else. Anyone else. Well, not Richard Near, but anyone other than him.

I've never had an issue with him, but I know he was booted off the board years ago.....mind you the only thing I buy from him are TPS rings as I can't find them anywhere else for a decent price. He usually has them in the mail in a day....

Care to elaborate? I have purchased from Richard a couple of times. Great service and the best mounts I have used personally. They never leave a mark on the scope so they save you money in the long run.

Well, though we discussed via PM, I have banged this particular drum on here for the last 12 years. Coles Notes version, I called him, he gave me incredibly ####ty service. He doesn't get a second chance.

Sorry, I ask simultaneously both here and by PM. I should have deleted the post here....

I respect your position.

I dealt with Near once....
Wanted a blued 20moa base for a Win70, he only had stainless and it was going to be a month or so until he did a blued batch. So he sent me a stainless one free of charge to use until the blued were completed, and I was to send it back when the other one arrived.
What's kind of cool is when I replaced the base my zero was still bang on, I didn't have to adjust at all. That's pretty tight tolerances from batch to batch.

I wanted something similar, so I sold the 1" and went with a 34mm tube. Problem solved.

No but seriously only one I could find is near mfg. That was apart of the reason I swapped scopes...
