ATRS Update: May 20th 2020 Re: MS / MH / MV

Hey guys , any updates available?
I ordered last January and was wondering how close I am?

I’ll soon be sending a certified cheque for the balance and may be looking for a few extra parts.

The receiver is prohibited. Only 5.55 and 22LR were classified and entered into the FRT.

You mean they have interpreted it to be prohibited, by law it is not.
However, this may not help you if you meet an officer while out enjoying your lawfully acquired property.

A distinction without a difference. If the RCMP are right in their interpretation, then all of the firearms are prohibited regardless of calibre or configuration. If ATRS are right then none of them are.

We can not know for certain until a judge says so.

There needs to be some personal accountability for the spineless government drones who push this garbage. Ruining businesses and lives shouldnt stand, and simply overturning the decision in court is not a sufficient remedy.

Everytime this thread comes up, I donate.

Well in that case, here's another bump ;-)

all joking aside, seriously I cannot express enough how much gratitude we have, and all the support we are seeing directed our way and to ALL of the other legal campaigns. This is a rough time for the industry for sure, and it's going to be rough times until this is all settled but I think this is the single biggest opportunity ,that we have ever had, to achieve a significant legal victory and potentially establish fundamental firearm rights in Canada.

Let's suffer through these times together, support all the causes, calmly and rationally convince those around you of the significance of these government infringements, and make sure to focus on the EXPENSE that this is going to cost taxpayers while none of that money is going towards closing the most porous border on the planet and the gun smuggling that is supplying the gangs in Toronto and Vancouver.
