It takes a very brave man to sit in the total anonymity a forum can provide and sling poop. It takes a man of great moral fibre to back up his claims when trying to discredit another person or a persons company without providing a shred of evidence.

IF we have in some way offended you then why not man up and contact me? It's not like I am a hard guy to get a hold of and I can't fix a wrong unless I am made aware of the problem. And it's not like I can kick your ass over email.

I have a feeling you have an agenda here as most guys don't grind an axe third or forth hand with "know a couple of guys" B.S. Some actual facts would lead credence to your post. Sadly I doubt you will provide any.

Never dealt with ATRS, but by the out pouring of support, their willingness to fight for us, possibly go to jail, and what truly appears to be complete honesty on their part. I have donated and will do so again soon. I must make an observation; your name Paule, advocacy group Poly, are you a creeper? Just observing and questioning your motives.

There was indeed a meeting between our legal team and the AGC in March that was successful in allowing us to ship PRE May 1 orders. Next meeting is in April where much is to be discussed. Will post the outcome once we have more info.

That is indeed good news, however not raining on your parade isn’t that ruling short lived since they must be turned in by 2021? Or is there some more good news coming down the pipe?

This is the response of a company that I would be happy to business with, I just wish your stuff wasn't banned.

These firearms were not named in the OIC. Their FRT entries were changed to say prohibited later. So they do not need to be turned in.

Just curious, do we know the date that all ATRS rifles were added to the prohib list? Surely anything ordered before then should be fine to ship, no?

This whole situation is completely opaque to someone not in the legal know.

Apparently you have not read our statement of claim. Yes we are demanding that the unlawful changes to the FRTs pertaining to our guns be reversed, amongst other things.

This is a VERY expensive process so any donations will help to get Ed Burlew and all of us to the finish line.

Usually I buy a rifle or such with my tax return, this year there may very well be a better cause.. cmon guys, every dollar counts! Even if you don’t own semi autos, they already showed you they are going to try for everything right down to air soft.

After a little back checking it seems we have us an employee of Al Simmons Gun Shop bashing a respected forum sponsor. Maybe a reach out to Al is in order?
Chez you are truly a class act dude. Its guys like you that ARE the problem with the firearms community, odd you work in it. I guess your degree in criminal sciences did not pan out?
