I have a few questions about obtaining an ATT.

I live in NB, and am having a hard time finding info.

Once I get my handgun home, I need to obtain another ATT to shoot at my local range.
Do I have to get a ATT every time I go to the range, or is it basically a phone call once I obtain an ATT.

Im kind of confused, I have heard alot of different stuff.

Usually when you join your local club and fulfill their handgun safety requirements, they'll put in for a long term ATT that will allow you to take your handguns to your club from your home and back only. Hope this helps!

Once your club gets you the long term ATT you can go to the club any time you want without calling anyone. See if your club does the ATT for just your club or all approved ranges in your province.

There is no need to call anyone at any point when you want to take your restricteds to the range. After you get a Short Term ATT to get it home, you need a Long Term ATT to your range and thats it.
