I k ow i have made multiple purchases, and didn't get a new card.
i got one chatting with my CFO, since mine didn't expire until 2018,he just sent me a new card. Only difference it says is standard & nonstandard conditions, where my old one says just standard. He said normally they void the old LTATT, but told me he'd keep mine active.
regardless you still have to keep a piece of paper with you.
