I recently had my pickup stolen along with my wallet containing my pal.I purchased a new pistol last week.The gs. phoned me today to inform me my paperwork was in . I know i cant pick it up till they send me my new pal, but could i get a friend with a res. pal to pick it up for me if i cal the cfo and get a att in her name to transport it to my home. They said its a 4-6 week wait for a replacement pal to arrive and there is no temp. ones like i got for my drivers licence. thanks for any replies.
