When I get an att for my handguns, does it let me take my guns to any approved range in Ontario or only a specific one?

Mine covers any approved range in Ontario. I will also be getting one soon for border crossing in anticipation of some shoots/matches in the states.

As I mentionned, my ATT covers CFO approved ranges, as well as DND ones. CFO has nothing to do with DND ranges.
No, you cannot just drop in at a military range and shoot, but there are shooting activities at military ranges in which civilians participate.
