Attaching a poll - help!!

Hello,

I want to start a message thread and attach a poll to it....but how? I have done a search in the forums but nothing came up so I don't know if I'm just not using the correct combo of terms or what. Any help would be appreciated.

Create a new thread, and at the bottom, under "Additional Options" is a check box for "Post a Poll". Check it, and enter the number of poll option you want to ask, 2-10 is typical.

When you submit the message, a new window will open, and you will complete the Poll question and options. Polls can be multiple choice, public access (others can see who voted what) and time limited. Click submit and your thread will have a poll attached.

You can only add a poll when creating a new thread, and only during the first 10 minutes. After that, you cannot add a poll. Be advised that on some sites, supermods and up can remove polls and/or edit the questions and the counts.
