Attaching a rail

I am picking up a fine old CZ 582 which is not drilled and tapped and exploring my options for sights ( can't use open sights anymore) does anyone make a rail that can be attached to the 3/8 ' dovetail that the iron sights attach to the barrel ? I am thinking that a small red dot reflex sight might work if I could fit a rail to the barrel .I don't want to permanently alter by drilling and tapping but I still want to be able to shoot the rifle
