I have an older Hornady (Projector) press with 5 holes which I want to set up for reloading pistol ammunition. I want to drop powder (from an RCBS powder measure) through a Lee powder-through die, so I can charge the case with powder and flare it with the same die (I will use the remaining slots for resizing, powder check, bullet set, and crimp). The press came with the 'tubes' to connect the powder measure to the press, but clearly these will not couple to the Lee powder through die (which does not have threads on the top side).
I can work out a means to suspend the powder measure above the press and direct the powder through the Lee die--I was just wondering if there was a better way to do this.
Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.
