So how is it that the courts can state/strike down that distributors and retailers will not have future profit loss from the effects of the OIC/Evergreen program when this right here is a prime example.

There are actually more points against it than for it:

against:
-lower, grip, trigger, magwell all look like an AR
-stock is AR style
-mag fed semi auto 12ga, scary!
-whole thing is absolutely designed to look as AR as possible
-that muzzle attachment

for:
-it's just a semi auto 12ga
-it's a typical low-capacity shotgun

Exactly that, the AR silhouette and Wendy, Nathalie, Heidi. There is nothing wrong with any of these firearms, just the people that image so.
