Don't laugh - last EOHC shoot I came in SECOND overall with an SKS! (there were some dirty looks about that one!)

I'm not bringing a 12ga, sorry George. But I'll bring other toys, and my youngest will be there with his "modified" Henry Survival Rifle for the "Open" category!

I'm bringing my 12 guage with the new rifled barrel. I am short 4 rounds but that probably won't affect the final outcome much.

What a great time that was; it was my first semi-serious rifle match, and I had a blast. Can\t wait for the January shoot!

My son score 20 points in the "snap" stage, and myself coming in 5th with a ugly $125 SKS and surplus ammo: Priceless

The snap shooting event ALWAYS separates the men from the boys. For those interested, the targets are 100m away and you're standing unsupported with a 5 second window to get the round off starting from the ready position.
