and now the question becomes "Does this mean that there will be more powder available or is it the same amount of powder spread out over yet another retailer?" If the former, "Great!". If the latter I can see it leading to dealers 'bidding' on allotments, resulting on increases in price. Just my cynical POV. I see more and more retailers with nothing or almost nothing on the shelf, either brick and mortar or virtual, and prices on 'high demand' powders such as Varget going into ridiculously stupid territory.
