Attention SKS fans

Most people are aware of it, but just incase you didn't know, bullpup conversions are ILLEGAL in Canada

FORMER PROHIBITED WEAPONS ORDER, NO. 9
Section 2.
Any rifle, shotgun or carbine stock of the type known as the “bull-pup” design, being a stock that, when combined with a firearm, reduces the overall length of the firearm such that a substantial part of the reloading action or the magazine-well is located behind the trigger of the firearm when it is held in the normal firing position.

Yes I think most are aware. Another retarded law.

The scope - a snapshot of 1960's Soviet optic contraption technology of the 1980's. There were probably soldiers who had to lug this optic around in the Chechen Wars.

What I'd like to get my hands on are some of those baby roof prism monoculars which were kicking around in the 1990's in surplus stores. Pretty unique little toys.

That scope was actually pretty advance for its time as it proportionally adjusted the elevation in accordance to range input. It was a essentially a mechanical Burris Eliminator Optic. Needless to say because of its cost, complexity and bulky design it never caught on.
