thanks for heads up...be in 56 also...will get tags printed out at service ont.... i always mess up trying to print tags out
 
The system allows you to select print to .pdf rather than paper. Do that and then can print ‘for real’ anytime you like without the anxiety. Or you can email the .pdf to buddy who has a printer.
 
I have had bad luck printing tags a couple times and they have been very helpful when I call they can reset it and give you a second chance
 
I printed my tag off fine, went to print my dad's and soon as I hit print, the power went off. Called the 1-800# and was on hold for 2 hours and 3 minutes but in fairness, the system does say if you like to keep your position in the queue, they will call you back when your turn comes. They lady was very helpful but she said we would have to visit a license issuer, the closest being the local Canadian Tire. They make a call and print it off right there, no fuss. That's what I'll be doing from now on.

I had that happen to me once. My printer jammed and the license was destroyed. I called the MNR and got a most helpful gentleman who reset the system and allowed me to print my tag. I received a doe tag but my buddy got a buck only so we're in good shape. The whole Haliburton/Minden area is thick with does and a lot of locals are #####in' about not enough antlerless tags being assigned to the WMU.

yea Haliburton is polluted with deer...cant for the life of me figure out why they dont have a muzzle loader season
i for one did not get get a doe tag there...
i do not shoot does....i just apply for the tag in case a new hunter joins me to give them better chance of getting there first deer
